Our Finca Tres Vistas, with our "Casa Tres Vistas," is located in the mountains above the district town of Hojancha at an altitude of 700 meters. Hojancha is just a few minutes away by car, and the most beautiful Pacific beaches, such as Playa Samara and Playa Carrillo, are about 50 minutes away. The climate on the property is pleasant year-round, so neither air conditioning nor heating is necessary. From the house and pool, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Gulf of Nicoya, majestic mountain ridges, and, on a clear day, the volcanoes Rincon de la Vieja, Tenorio, and Miravalles on the horizon.
